Production of juices and nectars

«MASTER GLOBAL PLYUS» company is a producer of juices and nectars of «Dolce Fresh» and «SAFIR" trademarks. Thanks to the excellent quality our products are in greater and greater demand from consumers. The main ingredients for the manufacture of the products are concentrated fruit juices and fruit purees of company own production, imported concentrated citrus juices, as well as water from own artesian well of 210 meters depth.

Production of juices and nectars begins with the raw material in aseptic bags packed in metal drums delivered to the blending department. Aseptic bags are opened and the operators of production department is carried out through the filters system injecting of raw materials blended in the tank and then add the remaining ingredients according to the recipe. During this process, officers of quality control department gather samples from each barrel of raw material for physico-chemical and microbiological studies.

The product is sterilized with Tetra Pak sterilizers under the temperature of 101-120 Celsius degrees, and then enters the intermediate ALSAFE tank, where under sterile conditions it may be held up to 24 hours (if necessary).

Then product is directed for filling. Product filling is carried out on Tetra Pak equipment under aseptic conditions. At present «MASTER GLOBAL PLYUS» company owns the lines for juice packaging TPA Slim (Format 2-liter and 1 liter), TBA Square (format-1l.), as well as a single line of production triangular Tetra-Classic (format 0.15 l.) in Uzbekistan.

The final stage of production is the application of caps on the package with the finished sterile product. Stream-Cap Covers are different in that they do not violate the sealed pouch until the opening of the cap just before use of the product. At the end of the production process we get the finished product in an aseptic carton packaging, which is capable for storing fresh juices and nectars for one year under the correct storage conditions.

The plant has a certified laboratory, which consists of two divisions: the physicochemical and microbiological. Each 30 minutes samples are bottling final product to determine solids content, titratable acidity, pH, and organoleptic testing. The test results are entered into the laboratory journal, which is available at any time to see. If either party is delayed production control department, then to the end of the laboratory tests, it cannot be shipped.

Produced with the juice pack fit into shipping boxes from corrugated cardboard. The boxes are stacked on pallets, plastic stretched film and transferred to the storage warehouse. Shipment of products to customers by no earlier than two weeks from the date of bottling. During this time the product is monitored. At the same time engineer, microbiologist conducts microbiological testing of finished products. It was only after receiving approval from the department of quality finished products for compliance with all requirements and standards; it can be shipped to the consumer.
